Let’s Get You Prepared For Your First Visit!

We accept most all insurance plans. For your first visit please bring insurance cards, a form of identification, and any medical documents that pertain to your current condition you are receiving physical therapy.

Your initial visit with the physical therapist will include an evaluation where you will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about your condition or injury, and set goals that you would like to achieve during therapy. The therapist will use all the information from the evaluation and develop an individualized treatment plan to get you started on your road to recovery.
